Joliet chiropractor Dr. Josh Eldrenkamp is the clinic director and a treating physician at the IPM Joliet office.
Dr. Josh received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Pre-Medicine and Biology from Augustana College. He obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences from Lombard, Illinois in 2012.
Dr. Josh is currently working toward his certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis (MDT). MDT is another tool for physicians and physical therapists to use in order to better diagnose and treat patients with neck and back pain. Dr. Josh has also taken courses in kinesiotaping techniques and acupuncture.
Dr. Josh was a college football and rugby player. In his free time, Dr. Josh enjoys hanging out with his friends and family, going to concerts, and playing softball.
He has worked as one of the sports team physicians for the Lincoln-Way Patriots semi-professional football team and the Manhattan Patriots youth football team in past seasons. Dr. Josh is also currently on the coaching staff of the South Suburban Cobras rugby team.
Dr.Jon M. PolcynChiropractor
Naperville chiropractor Dr. Jon M. Polcyn is a co-owner, clinic director, and is a treating physician at the IPM Naperville office.
Dr. Jon received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in PreMed Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He obtained a second bachelor's in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences located in Lombard, Illinois in 2005.
Dr. Jon has done extensive postgraduate training in orthopedics, sports medicine, rehabilitation, kinesiotaping, soft-tissue mobilization, and management. He is a firm believer in combining chiropractic and rehabilitation to provide rapid pain alleviation that also can be maintained by the patient long after in-office care has ceased.
Dr. Jon is the acting team physician for the Plainfield Prowlers, Plainfield Saints, the Plainfield Athletic Club, and the Illinois Hawks.
Dr. Jon is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys camping, hiking, boating, skiing, fishing, hunting, and just about any outdoor activities.
Dr.Scott J. KennyChiropractor
New Lenox chiropractor Dr. Scott J. Kenny is a co-owner, clinic director, and a treating physician at the IPM New Lenox office.
Dr. Scott received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology and a Chemistry minor from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa in 2001. He then obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic and second Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the National University of Health Sciences located in Lombard, Illinois in 2004.
While attending Loras College, Dr. Scott was a member of an NCAA nationally ranked wrestling team. Since that time, and while practicing at a past clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada, he taught classes in Phlebotomy, Anatomy and Physiology, and Kinesiology.
He is the acting sports team physician for many local youth sports (football, wrestling, rugby). Dr. Scott has listed on the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP) Concussion Registry as a healthcare provider who has successfully completed the ACBSP Concussion Registry Course (Concussion Course) and is, therefore, qualified to evaluate, diagnose, and manage concussed individuals in any patient population. He is also a certified body fat assessor through the IHSA and therefore able to test and assist Illinois high school wrestlers in safe and healthy weight loss.
Dr. Scott has also achieved post-graduate certifications as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and as a Fellow, International Academy Medical Acupuncture (FIAMA). He has taken multiple courses in dry needling, kinesiology taping, and he has started three-year post-graduate Diplomate programs in Sports and Orthopaedics. He has also started training towards certification in the McKenzie Method of mechanical diagnosis and therapy (MDT).
He has a daughter named Sienna and a son named Knox. His hobbies include nutrition, CrossFit, weight training, exercise, and wrestling.
Angela MichalsFront Desk Patient Coordinator
Angela Michals joined the IPM team in February of 2015 as the Front Desk Patient Coordinator. She has since been promoted to full-time office manager
She is responsible for daily operations and administrative tasks. Angela resides in New Lenox and is a 2010 graduate from Lincoln-Way Central. She started off at JJC taking classes for accounting. Prior to joining IPM’s team, Angela was a receptionist at a pediatrician’s office right out of high school. While working at the pediatrician's office, she also worked at Midwestern University in the Payroll Department doing clerical work.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, watch movies, attend country concerts and stay active outdoors.
Ariana CamachoTherapy Bay Manager
Ariana Camacho joined IPM Joliet in February 2016. She is currently the Therapy Bay Manager where she is in charge of day to day operations in the bay assisting patients with rehab, documenting progress and working side by side with the clinic director to establish appropriate therapy goals.
Ariana graduated from Joliet Catholic Academy then went on to get her degree in Hospitality Management from Joliet Junior College. Ariana has exceptional people skills and is always a comforting and compassionate with our patients as she guides them to better health.
Her spare time includes cooking and spending time walking her dogs Meatball, Brutus and Olive.
